Online Yoga Class
Thursdays 6pm - 7.30pm
A relaxing, mostly mat-based class, designed to bring your nervous system into balance. We also include some grounding standing and weight-bearing postures and pranayama (breathing techniques) before a 15-minute relaxation. The class price includes access to a recording which is available to view until the morning of the next week's class (just under one week).
The next block of classes runs for 8 weeks, beginning on Thursday 4th January and ending on Thursday 22nd February 2024.
How to book
To book a class, please contact me here to request bank details. The class is priced on a sliding scale and the price of an individual class is £8 - £12 - pay what you can. Block booking for the 8 weeks is £64 - £96.
The last time for booking an individual class is midday on the day of the class. The Zoom meeting link is emailed to the whole group by 3pm that day, so don't worry if you've paid and don't immediately receive the meeting link. If, however, you have booked a session and haven't received the meeting link by 3pm on the day of the class, please drop me a quick email.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend a class you have booked. The booking can then be carried over to a future class. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-transferable, but you will receive the recording.
