Yoga nidra is an ancient meditation practice, which helps us to relax and connect with our true nature. It is traditionally practiced lying down, often at the end of a yoga class, but can equally be used at home as a stand alone healing practice. A yoga nidra meditation/ relaxation is said to have the equivalent benefits of 4 hours sleep.
This CD contains 2 full length yoga nidra meditations (approx 30 mins each) and one shorter relaxation, with a focus on the chakra system.
